Stu News and Photos

My name is Stu and I am here to share what I can.

Seriously, this is as creeped out as I've gotten in a very long time.

Have you heard? Jim Williams, a director within The US Department Of Homeland Security, wants to create a global ID management system. Wow. I am unhappy with the current tracking of American citizens as it is, as I strongly believe that it is a violation of The Fourth Amendment of The United States Constitution. The Fourth Amendment states:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Folks, we have these rules for a reason. It's your Constitution, they're your Rights, so call up your local Senators and Congressional Representatives and remind them that you have the right to be secure in your person against unreasonable searches.
