Just watched "The World's Fastest Indian," starring Anthony Hopkins. It's a bio-pic of Burt Munro's attempt at a land speed record. It's a bio-pic, so it won't be for everyone, but it got 8 stars on IMDB, if you're into that sort of thing.
Hopkins is wonderful, sweet, innocent, and yet sturdy and focused. I would watch him in anything (in fact, I recently watched him in Fracture and enjoyed it quite a bit). The rest of the cast is fine, but it's the story that touches me. As I get older, I become more and more a sucker for films about real people with real dreams.
