I called the Santa Monica police department about Jack McClellan. I ended up getting transfered to the voicemail of the lieutenant in charge of the case, where I left a message detailing Brandenburg v. Ohio. We'll see if they can use it as reasonable cause to arrest this guy.
I wonder what my sister-in-law would say about my reasoning, as I'm not a lawyer and she is.
We shall see.
