The Ragin Cajun was our blessed host for dinner last night. Leslie and I split crab cakes and gumbo, and then laughed as we were both too full to eat our entrees, red beans and rice. Ambrosial is a good word to describe what they prepare. Especially the perfectly seasoned gumbo. The food and the hosts and the chef are wonderful and should be a part of your diet. The Ragin Cagun is as real an experience as you are going to find in Los Angeles. Get you some.
