...just got back from an hour-long walk of my neighborhood. Along the way I stopped and got a strawberry-banana smoothie from Tropicana. Very tasty and 200% vitamin C. I have been thinner than that previously posted picture, and I hope to get there again. While walking I listened to a few spoken word pieces, including a Wikipedia entry for JRR Tolkien. Dig.
