I try to be careful with product recommendations, as I understand how they can effect people. I know what it is like to get the fuzzy end of a lollipop on someone's recommendation. That said, you absolutely owe it to yourself to try out a bottle of Simply Saline. It's a can of saline with a long, thin snout, which you place up your snout and then spray. Your sinuses and nasal passages are bathed in a fine mist of saline, which clears out a nice portion of the mucus. It's like Windex, but with absolutely no harshness. It can be a little chilly first thing in the morning, but it's faster than coffee.
