Of course he is! That's Marty Sabo, the actor/singer/photographer/etc.
This shot is one of the last shots that I took with the Canon PowerShot ELPH before I gave it to Noelle. Not a bad little camera. And Marty is a great actor, so he is a fantastic photo model. You should see his headshots, they'll put the hook in ya.
